Police Station Representation

If you, a friend or family member has been arrested or invited to the police station, we are available to represent you at anytime of the day or night.

We will advise you on your instructions and your responses to likely questions that you will be asked by the police during the course of the tape-recorded interview.We would also advise you on the reason for your arrest, police station procedures, the possible outcome of your case, the relevant law and the evidence that the police have obtained.

To take advantage of our free 24 hours 7 days a week advice, please follow these steps.

If you are arrested:

• Inform the custody sergeant that you want A & A Law to represent you
• He/she will then contact the Defence Solicitor Call Centre who will contact us immediately

If your friend or family member has been arrested:
