Our fees – transparent, fair and affordable
Our principal focus is your success.
We’re transparent about our fees and never apply hidden charges. You’ll find a full list of our fees below.
For family and criminal law, Legal Aid may be available.
We base our fees on two factors –
- the hourly charge-out rates of the fee earning staff appointed to your case
- how much time they spend working on your case
All of our fee earners – Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals have standard hourly charge-out rates. We review these each year.
There might occasionally be times when we have to charge a premium hourly rate – for example, if we need to work at very short notice, outside normal office hours, in order to meet an urgent deadline.
In these cases, we always notify you in advance.
Sometimes, our work is carried out for a fixed fee. This will be our best estimate of how much time we believe it will take to conclude a case. The benefit to you is that you will know in advance how much your case will cost.
We will always, from the start, be as helpful and transparent as we can about our fees.

Immigration Fees
| Application Checking Service | £350 |
| Standard Immigration Applications – visitor, spouse, parent and student | £1000 – £4500 |
| Extension of Leave to Remain | £1200 – £2500 |
| Complex Immigration Applications – 20 years residence, concessions outside the immigration rules, domestic violence | £1500 – £4000 |
| Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain | £1200 – £3000 |
| EEA Applications | £1000 – £3500 |
| Points based System Applications | £2000 – £7000 |
| Citizenship Applications | £1200 – £3200 |
| Immigration Appeals to FTT – Lodging appeal and case preparation only | £1500 – £8000 |
| Deportation representations | £2000 – £5000 |
Criminal Law fees
| Magistrates’ Court hearing – half day | £500 |
| Magistrates’ Court hearing – full day | £700 |
Our fees for Magistrates Court Trials are available on request
Legal Aid – subject to eligibility. Otherwise, our hourly rates apply.
Family Law fees
| Divorce – Acting for the petitioner – straightforward uncontested divorce | £500 |
| Divorce – Acting for the respondent – straightforward uncontested divorce | £350 |

These fees do not include VAT, Home Office fees, Barristers fees, Court fees, obtaining witness statements, expert witnesses or any other disbursements
